These terms apply when you use our website and buy an eSIM from us.

1. Our service

JetLagSIM sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. Each plan has a data allowance, a validity period and a list of covered countries, shown on the plan page before you buy.

2. Your device

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying.

3. Delivery

Your eSIM is delivered digitally by email right after payment. By buying, you ask us to start delivery immediately.

5. Fair use

Plans are for personal use. Unlimited plans include a daily high-speed allowance, after which speed is reduced as described on the plan.
