Is my phone compatible?
Most phones released since 2019 support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy models. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install it before you travel, while you still have Wi-Fi. Your plan only starts counting days when you connect to a network at your destination.
Will I keep my WhatsApp and phone number?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays in your phone, so WhatsApp, iMessage and your number keep working. The eSIM is only used for mobile data.
Can I share my data with a hotspot?
Yes. All our plans support hotspot, so you can share your connection with a laptop or a travel buddy.
What happens when my data runs out?
You can top up anytime from My eSIMs, without installing a new eSIM. We also send you a reminder when you are running low.
What if I delete or lose my QR code?
No stress. Your QR code is always in your confirmation email and in My eSIMs, and our support team can resend it anytime.
Do I need to turn on data roaming?
Yes, for the eSIM line only. It's how your phone connects to local networks abroad, and you won't pay roaming fees with us.
How fast is the connection?
You get 4G or 5G, depending on the local network and your phone. We connect you to the best partner networks in each country.
Should I delete the eSIM after my trip?
You don't have to. You can keep it and top it up next time you visit, or remove it from your settings whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't installed your eSIM yet, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
